My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was amazing, just a short walk away from the Alhambra and Grenada, the room left a lot to be desired with its outdated A/C system and noisy surroundings. The service was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The dining experience was mediocre, lacking freshness and variety, but the hotel had some nice traditional touches. The facilities were basic but functional.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to have a very spacious room with a roomy terrace overlooking the interior courtyard, but it felt quite austere and lacked luxury and comfort. However, the service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially the waiter, and the location right by the Alhambra was perfect. The dining options were a bit expensive and not very memorable compared to other places in Granada. Overall, a mixed experience but with some standout positives.

Staying at the hotel was a unique experience, being inside the citadel of the Alhambra. The rooms, although small and dark as expected due to the historical location, were comfortable and had a very roomy terrace overlooking the interior courtyard. The service from the staff was friendly and kind, reminiscent of the warm feeling you get from being served by someone like Emmanuel. The location couldn't be more perfect, allowing us to literally wake up, walk 100m, and start our visit to the Alhambra.
